Too often, many people assume that unless there is INSTANT weight loss, that nothing is happening.  Whatever your reason for exercising, there are so many other positives that we are sure that you are experiencing from your great exercise sessions at Survivors… Yes, weight loss is one great benefit, but what about some of these other great benefits:
